Welcome to Miss Ashford's Classroom!

I am excited to be a part of the Trailblazers Team (Second Grade).  This is my 24th year teaching (and 15th year at ABS).  Second grade is an exciting time for students in their academic and social journeys. I am very fortunate to spend this amazing journey with them.  If you asked former students to describe things that I love, they would say books, coffee and frogs.  I am very thankful that I get to work with the students, families, staff and community at Allen Brook School.  I love Vermont and can't imagine living anywhere else.  I grew up in Castleton and went to Saint Michael's College.  Please stop in and say hello.  I can be reached at rashford@cvsdvt.org or 871-6277.
