Q. What should I do if I turned in a resource to the school library, but it is still showing up as a fine on my student record?
A. Report this to library staff and they will assist you in conducting a shelf-read for books or items. If the item is found, it will be scanned and returned through the Destiny circulation system. Please be aware that it takes 24-hours for records to update between Destiny and InTouch, the accounting system used by our business office.
Q. When can I access the library?
A. You can access the library before school begins, at lunch with a pass, with your classes or with a pass from your teachers during regular school hours. Our library is open after school until 2:45. Contact cholm@cvsd.org for other questions.

Use the digital library at SCLD to access Proquest, CultureGrams, Opposing Viewpoints in Context, and many other data bases.
Don't have a library card? Come see Mrs. Holm in the library for a student library card or for your own card, scroll down on the SCLD website until you see "Quick Links" on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on the "Get a library card" link. Next, click on the "Register for a library card" link and complete the online form. Once complete, you will be issued a SCLD Library Card number that you can use to access the SCLD Digital Library.
