Gym Height: 7.45 meters to the bar joists. Air Trajectory will run in the gymnasium.

On-line sign-ups for self-scheduled events will open at 3:00 pm ET on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025.
Scilympiad: The students will take their tests on paper, but we will use our scilympiad site as our tournament scoring management system.
Student participants will not use our Scilympiad site to compete
Coaches will not populate rosters or events with students within Scilympiad
Coaches will not submit forms through Scilympiad
Our Scilympiad site will be used by coaches for self-scheduling
Raw scores will be entered into our Scilympiad site by Event Supervisors
Team rankings will be tabulated and released to coaches through our Scilympiad site

We will run all 23 official events in their full format
Our event schedule will have the same concurrent and self-scheduled events as shown in the 2025 Division B Sample In-Person Tournament Schedule.
FAQS & Event Updates
Official FAQs and Rule Clarifications published by NSO on www.soinc.org also apply to Eagle Invitational. Please check there for answers and clarifications that apply to the administration of all tournaments.
Tournament specific FAQS will be posted here as needed, but it is our intent to remain consistent with all official rules and to present each event as it has been described in the Division B Rules Manual.
Do not record video or take photos of students and their devices without the consent of the student’s parent or coach.
Common areas and classrooms must be kept clean.
Please eat in the cafeteria.
Home bases must be supervised at all times.
Events will be run at the invitational/regional level rules.
FAQS
Q: How many students can be on a roster for Eagle Invy?
A: You may have up to 15 participants.
Q: Will wristbands be issued?
A: Each registered roster will receive 15 official wristbands. Students are required to wear a wristband to compete in an official event. Wristbands are not required for trial events, if held.
Q: Will we use the PASO Experimental Design rubric or the NSO Experimental Design rubric?
A: Because we have teams coming from out-of-state, we will use the rubric published in the Official Division B Rules Manual.
Q: Will there be any trial events?
A: This is has not yet been decided as of 12/16/2024.
Q: What paperwork is required from coaches before or upon arrival?
A: Coaches are required only to sign in at the welcome desk upon arrival. We will not be collecting forms from coaches this year.
Q: Will there be food?
A. Yes. There will be concession stand for the students and a hospitality lounge for coaches, volunteers, and bus drivers. I’ll send out a menu by the end of January.
Q: What rules level will be used?
A: All events will be run, judged, and scored using the regional level rules.
