Will your student need ANY medications while at Outdoor school? This includes prescription medications AND over-the-counter medications.
If your student will need to take any medication of any kind while at Camp Arroyo - please complete our Medication Authorization form and turn it in at the Canyon Health Office. Copies of the form can be picked up in the Canyon Health Office.
