Class overview
My goal here at Room 4 is to create a safe, engaging, fun, and appropriately challenging classroom space. My preferred contact method is email, class dojo, or call. Thank you for entrusting me with your student! It is so important for me to work in partnership with you to do what is best for our students and I look forward to doing that with you!
Announcements
No more homework packets!
Optional writing homework on the class website. If you do choose have to have your child complete and turn their work in, I will be providing feedback for their completed work.
Not collecting book bags this week!
ABC countdown started on April 27 and will continue until the end of the school year. ABC countdown

Thank you for class donations from the Trans (Presley's family donated stickers for our sticker story), the Sarnas (for more prizes for our prize box) and the Lungs (Reagan's family donated stickers for our sticker story and funded various science projects- caterpillars & sunflowers)
PE: Please note that the students have PE every Monday and Wednesday mornings from 8:20-9:10 am. Be sure to have your child wear sensible shoes.
Library: Bring your library books if you have not already!
Music: No more music class
About me
I like spicy food, pastries, the color purple, writing, reading children’s books, watching shows, Disney, and spending time with my loved ones. I’m also a vegetarian. My favorite book is The Little Prince. I love that the Little Prince sees the world through a refreshing and curious perspective. This book always reminds me of the importance of nurturing our little ones and setting a good example. Fun fact: I love dogs, but I am also allergic to dogs so I can’t spend a lot of time with them.
