Ever since I was little, I have dreamed about all types of animals and to have the opportunity to draw them in my art class, I would have not asked to do this any other way. By creating animals in a different perspective, I feel like I am capable of bringing them to life. Art gives me a sense of freedom and It gives me the opportunity to create something that I would have never thought about before. I CAN NOW LET MY IMAGINATION RUN WILD!

When my journey started in AP Art I had no idea what my series was going be about, but once I realized what it was about to be, my art ideas and creations all started to flow on paper. My motivation for my art is the imagination of animals. I try to draw animals that look fantasy-like that belong in your imagination. I like to draw animals real or fake, big or small. When people look at my art, I want them to feel like they were taken to another world where your imagination can run wild and free with all types of animals such as squids, dragons, dogs, birds, and many other animals, one way that makes me do this is with color, I tend to use more bright colors that will tell a story, and I also use texture in backgrounds so it's not flat. My goal after high school is to continue my art series making it bigger and better.
