My series shows what life looks like in an apocalyptic world taken over by a disturbing monster. Through my imagination and creativity, I created a story of fictional characters in my head, and brought them to life.

I chose to create my art digitally because it gives off the feeling of animation. With digital art, i feel as if i am creating my own video game or comic. My art is inspired by action movies, manga series, and video games, such as Bloodborne, The Witcher, and Until Dawn. With my inspirations in mind, it helps me to create a darker or lighter toned piece. I enjoy drawing darker themes with a serious and suspenseful aura. Throughout my series, i have been experimenting a lot with my art style. At first I wanted my art to look realistic and 3D as if it were in an animated short. As I was attempting to draw with a realistic art style, using little to no lines in mind, I always found myself adding unpolished linework. I soon came to a conclusion that I enjoyed using my sketches as the final outline for my pieces. Using harsh and unpolished lines, I feel that intensity is shown within the pieces.
