Board Policies

The Board of Trustees of School District No. 15 meets on the second Tuesday of each month in the board room, which is located in the lower level of the high school in the west wing.  A school board meeting is a meeting of a constitutionally-elected group held in public.  As such, the public is always invited to attend the board meetings and observe them in their decision-making process.  The Board of Trustees is a policy-making body and can only function during a legally called meeting.  Adopted policies are carried out by an administrative staff under the direction of the Superintendent of Schools, who serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Board of Trustees.
