In order to assist the growth of the professional competence of teachers to enhance the quality and effectiveness of student learning,the establishment of the China University of Science and Technology Teaching Resource Center.The Center Director of the Center for the overall management of the center of business.
The center set up two groups, respectively, for the growth and development group of teachers and students learning resource group, each group set leader, officer handle the business of the group.
Growth and development group of teachers: Planning for teachers' professional development courses to promote the professional development of other teachers teaching teachers Teaching Excellence business. Award and implementation of the teaching professional competence assessment system and eliminating the liter mechanisms, guidance teachers to enhance teaching quality and related businesses to promote.
Student learning resource group: Student learning resources,planning and implementation of learning counseling and remedial teaching program.Digital teaching the skills collection and research and development to enhance teachers'use of various digital teaching knowledge.
