Workshops/ CME:

Our department routinely arrange workshop with Child Protection Unit- Surendranagar, Gender Resource Centre, Disaster Management team- Surendrangar on different topic of social responsibility.

Academic Visit

• Annually Forensic Medicine Department, C. U. Shah Medical College, Surendranagar schedule an Academic visit to Forensic Science Laboratory (Gandhinagar), where student are exposed to routine procedure followed there in different departments like Forensic Ballistics, Forensic Physics, Forensic Chemistry, Forensic Odontology, DNA Fingerprinting, Dactylography, Polygraph testing etc.

Seminar

In fifth semester, all students are given a topic for presentation for seminar. The student prepare a PPT presentation on that topic and after validating it with teachers he/she present in scheduled class in presence of all faculty of department and students. This exercise motivate student to study depth knowledge of topic. Seminar improves communication skill and confidence of the students.
