Citizens can make their own newspaper but must have a permit that is signed by the Emperor of Forestria.

There is also state wide broadcasting networks such as CET TV Broadcasting Network (CETTVBN).

Including these, the Forestrian government has established "Forestria.miraheze.org" a wiki for Forestria.
