There are TWO writing components to this project, one is an information essay for your Language Arts class, and the other is a website for your Science class.

Your website is merely an extension of your Language Arts essay. You will populate your website with the same information, but a more elaborate version.

Suggested webpages are: (the ones in bold are required webpages)

• Introduction

• Climate Science (explain the greenhouse effect in relation to climate change and how anthropogenic factors are speeding up that process)

• Your Topic (explain more about your topic at length --- this may be appropriate to be split up into further subpages if needed; your media component should be embedded or linked here)

• Solutions (suggestions for how people can help with the issue of climate change; could have multiple suggestions but should focus on one)

• Presentation/Sharing (this is where you write about the experience of sharing your project topic with five other people)

• Service Learning Component (this is where you document the process in which you went about planning and carrying out the volunteering component)

• Works Cited (this is a required page --- you will need to cite and link all of your sources for any and all information, images, podcasts, or videos you might have used during the project).
