1)Copy and Paste URL of video link you would like to convert to be downloaded

onto your 

computer under 'Media URL'

2)Click on 'Continue'

3)Choose 'mpeg' or 'mp4' as the type of file you want to convert the link into

for the 'conversion 

format'.

4)Click on 'Start'.  The converted and downloaded file will be placed on the

desktop of the 

computer.

5)Move the video into our server folder.

6)Insert video into your PowerPoint presentation
