The Hyde Wellness Center, also known as the Zen Den, is open every school day to all students. Students may access The Zen Den before and after school, during break and lunch, or during class time if they have a pass from their teacher.
We are excited to partner with the SCCOE and the Art of Yoga Project to bring a 10 week yoga program to Hyde! Classes are Wednesday mornings at 8:20 and run from October 4 - December 13. Email Donna Campbell to sign up!
