What is Aesop?

Aesop provides a way for staff to request and register their absences with a phone call or by logging in on the web. Substitutes can search for available assignments and be matched and assigned to vacancies based on district preference lists. Administrators use Aesop to get a clearer view of absence management to ensure effective classroom instruction. Aesop not only saves countless hours of manual sub-calling, but also offers efficient absence tracking and reporting.

How Do Employees Use Aesop?

A Quickstart Guide, outlines the navigation of the Aesop system and instructs employees on the procedure to follow when reporting an absence. The District assigns and provides each employee with an ID number and PIN which is used to access the Aesop system. Absences can be reported online by logging into the Aesop website or by making a telephone call to Aesop (1-800-942-3767).
