RULES & EXPECTATIONS

1. Be polite and courteous at all times while representing Tuscola Track and Field.

2. Follow school athletic code and IHSA athletic code (including eligibility).

3. Communicate any issues with Coach Hornaday as they arise by phone at (217) 253-2377 or by email at hornadayr@cusd301.org

1. Everyone is expected to be at practice on time.

2. “Skipping” practice is not permitted.

3. Foul language is unacceptable.

4. Sweats must be worn for practice until Coach advises otherwise.

5. Do not leave practice without checking out with a coach.

TRACK MEETS:

1. The bus will leave at the scheduled time. Everyone is expected to ride the team bus but may return with parents if signed out.

2. The bus ride should be relatively calm and quiet-sit tight and listen to headphones.

3. Team sweats are to be worn to all meets.

4. Athletes are expected to participate to the best of their ability.

5. The entire team will warm-up together to start each meet.

6. At meets, athletes are expected to get out and encourage teammates or offer help to event staff.
