Criteria

Athletes must have graduated from one of the high schools at least 10 years prior to being nominated

Coaches, school administrators or district administrators are eligible upon retirement.

Any former athlete, coach, school administrator or district administrator can be nominated.

Nomination forms will be available in the athletic office, main office or online.

Applications will remain in an active nomination file from year to year once a nomination occurs.
