We have begun writer's workshop in room 3. This means we have introduced the first stage of writing: prewriting. This entails drawing a picture and learning to label it. From here, we will talk about a personal narrative (a small, true story about something in their life).

Remember: Regardless of what stage of writing your child begins with, the goal is always progress!
