The TRIO Upward Bound program is a rigorous educational intervention initiative that equips students for higher education. It offers program services at both Collinsville High School and the SIUE campus, with options for in-person and remote participation. The TRIO Programs are funded by the US Department of Education, and all program services are free of charge to the participants.

Who We Serve
Who We Serve
Collinsville High School students served must have at least a 3.0 GPA and come from families with incomes at 150% or less of the federal poverty level and/or in which neither parent graduated from college.
