This past year has presented many difficulties and unknowns. Whatever emotions you have been feeling throughout it all, know that they are valid as this is all unchartered territory. We are starting to see our lives become a bit more routine and back to pre-COVID times. We can see the light becoming brighter!

This Virtual Calming Room is a place for students, families and staff to find tools and strategies for managing emotions and feelings and building our resilience through all life transitions and stressful moments.
