My overall experience in this university particularly in my department has been fantastic so far. I am feeling so lucky that I have got a friendly team of teachers who have always put their knowledge and experiences on us for our future development. The course subjects in M.Sc Program are completely related to today"s competitive examination field which is so helpful towards further career of a student. Also during this two years of stay, I have experienced so many science seminars, especially, the National Science Conference organised by our department. Also, We have celebrated many festivals together like a family. For anybody considering CUSB to study M.Sc Physics, then I would definitely recommend it. Our entire department will always make you work to the best of your ability while encouraging you to do your best in every aspect. Probably, Our department is going to provide opportunities for PhD scholars from this year. I am so much excited for this. If I get a chance, I will definitely join CUSB again for my PhD program. Finally, I would like to express my heartly thanks to my all teachers, departmental staffs and my friends.

I started my masters study in physics here in 2018. Since, then I have had an great experience. I have received more than enough support and guidance from my teachers. They are very much knowledgeable and friendly towards students. During my two years of study, I have attended Many science lecture seminars organised by our department. Hey, I am Amiya Kumar Behera enrolled in M.Sc physics in the department of Physical and Chemical Science at Central University of South Bihar(CUSB) in 2018. I am sharing my 2-years of experience about this university. After qualifying CUCET exam, I decided to take admission in CUSB after knowing about the faculty of the department as well as infrastructure. Then I took admission and shortlisted for hostel. The infrastructure of the hostel was so good and the room size was comfortable. In one room only three students can be allotted. There were two blocks that are B and C. C block is for junior and B block is for senior. Between these two blocks there is an indoor playground for students. Everyday all the floor as well as washroom was cleaned. The Mess of CUSB is so big and always neat and clean. We play outdoor games in the field. My roomies are very kind and helpful. It has also library facility with a huge number of books where we go and read books as well as take books as per the limit decide by the university rule. Faculty of our department are so friendly and they help us in every problem and guide us as a parent. Our department Provides all necessary equipment for the lab experiments. I learned a lot of things from this university. The environment is very comfortable for study. I have stored a lot of memories in these 2 years. I am thankful to God for getting such faculties in my life and they helped me in my studies as well as in my future carrier. I think our society needs such types of caring teachers.

Honestly speaking, being a regular student here in Physics department has given me some of the best experience of my life till now. A very cooperative administrative staffs along with a group of dynamic and enthusiastic faculty has imprinted a never vanishing impression in my memory. Every associated members of CUSB are really wonderful. Especially, the level of creativity, knowledge and understanding of my project instructor, Dr Vijay Raj Singh, has really motivated me to pave my career in current research trends. He has always helped me in every aspect to his extent. I feel very blessed to have the guidance of such a teacher. Our department is fully equipped with all the facility and have a lot of equipment with many more awaited. In my opinion, this will surely be one of the best university in near future in Material science and high energy physics. I lived in the hostel inside the university campus. Each room is generally allotted to three students with an individual bed, table, chair and wardrobe. Most of the people are satisfy with the hostel distribution policies and rules, however, I personally didn't like it. Mess facility is also just OK. But, looking at the pace at which the university is developing, I believe it will improve in future. In addition, I have seen an increase in the number of company coming for campus placement, which shows the incremental development in the perception about the CUSB among the industries looking for young talent. I am really happy and feel proud to be associated with this university.

All days all the floor as well washroom of hostel was cleaned. Mess of CUSB is so big as well as its neat and clean always and a large gathering of hostelers you see at the mess time. It’s a good time for us to gossip. We always play outdoor games at the field that is behind the hostel. My roomies are so closed to me like my brother at this time when I am leaving this hostel is a heart-breaking moment for me. Our university have library facility having a huge number of books where you go and read the book as well as take books as per the limit decide by the university rule. Faculty of our department are so friendly that they not only help us in study but also help us in our every problem. They always motivate us to do good in our future. They teach us all the difficult things in a simpler way through which we understand it better. Our department provides all necessary equipment that needed for experiment. Our class always started at 9 AM and as per the time table most probably its ended at 5PM. We enjoy our class a lot because of our teacher because they teach us all difficult things in simpler way. We did a lot of experiment and learned a lot of new things from that. Our university always organized sports event in which you can participate and shows your skill. If you have skill in sports than also you can been shortlisted to represent university in university level. All days in the university is a memorable day for me and I learned a lot of things of life there. I made a lot of friends whom I never forget in my life. I am thankful to my teachers for helping me in my studies.

Let first talk about the Campus, it’s too large and designed eco-friendly. Our laboratories are fully furnished, air-conditioned, and have a lot of experimental tools required for study and research. Classrooms are digitized and seats are comfortable.

Myself Akram Jamil, I am enrolled in Central university of south bihar as M.Sc. Physics student in 2018-2020 batch. I did my B.Sc. Physics (Hons) from Magadh university and thereafter left it to fulfil my dream to Complete my Higher Studies from a Central university. I come to know about Central University of South Bihar from my friends and teachers. After qualifying the CUCET exam, I took admission in this university. When I took admission this University Campus shifted to its permanent Campus at Punchanpur Gaya from Rental Campus in Gaya and Patna. The Department and Infrastructure of the University were under construction. Within one year, I saw a significant infrastructural development in the university. And the university progresses very fatly. I am proud that we were the first Batch of M.sc Physics of this University. As I was new in the first year the students and warden help me for allotment of Hostel. As this university is located in Bihar when I entered the campus, I feel like I am in another state. Because here student and professors are from All over India, Classes conducted at our department laid great emphasis on clarity of concept. It was really helpful and developed a deep interest in the subject due to the conceptual teaching style of Teachers. Our department provides all necessary equipment that needed for the experiment. The Hostel of the university are well furnished and the student of the hostel are very helpful. The Mess of CUSB is so big as well as it is neat and clean always and a large gathering of hostelers you see at the mess time. It’s a good time for us to gossip. After my bachelor degree, I choose to pursue my M.Sc. in the Central University Of South Bihar in the department of PHYSICS. The university has a marvellous infrastructure including smart classes and wonderful library and laboratory with new advance and emerging equipments. The university also has hostel both boys and girls with advance facilities and eco-friendly technology. In hostel, there are facilities of both indoor and outdoor games. The backbone of any university is the academics and in the academic sector our department has young, energetic, dynamic and intelligent faculties .The faculties are not only excellence in the academic but also student friendly, understand us and listen us and support us in every aspects. They not only master us in academic but also in social life. The faculties also have a lot of running project and collaborators in India and also in abroad, so there is a huge scope for research in our department. They also guided and motivated us for different competitive examination. The departments also organize many national and international conferences in the university. Many extracurricular activities are also organized time to time in the university to enhance the skill of the students. There are many events and the festival where all the students and faculties enjoyed together. I chose to study M.Sc. in Physics from this university and it proved to be my best decision. Not only the education provided here is of top tier but also, you will find many facilities which other universities won't be able to provide. In CUSB, you can find a motivational environment which is ideal for a students learning. The competition among studies is present but, it's a healthy one because we believe that "sharing knowledge is the best way to learn". The faculty is highly qualified and is extra supportive towards the students so that they feel comfortable in asking their doubts and questions. The teachers work extra by helping the students in the preparation of their competitive exams like CSIR-NET, GATE, JEST, etc. Apart from studies, you'll be able to enjoy your evening time relaxing with friends, swerving in the campus, playing some outdoor games and many more. The life at hostel, as per my experience, is the best one as it gives you an opportunity to open up to your friends, get involved in some clubs, make interdepartmental pals, study together and discuss various topics in the hostel mess. This hostel of CUSB is ragging free and parents need not to worry about their children's stay in this hostel. The medical facility of hostel is also very cooperative and is available 24/7. The university administration is very helpful and you'll get your grievances resolved within some time. There are many fests organized by the committee so that you can get to enjoy and learn about many cultures and traditions of different regions. There is a nearby market known as Panchanapur (2.5 km from CUSB campus), which used to be a village but is developing now and a student can buy almost all of his necessities from there. In CUSB, you'll be able to hone your stage skills with seminars, debates, competitions, conferences and quizzes which are organized frequently by various departments. The weather is a little harsh here as the summer is extra hot and the winter is extra chill. But, once you come to study here, everything will feel just like your own home and you might make CUSB as your second home. Moreover, I would say that my total duration at Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) was worth every second and I plan to pursue my PhD from here, if I get the chance.

My university experiences thus far have been amazing. Within just a short amount of time I have learned and experienced so many new things and it has gone so quickly. I am still discovering all the opportunities that CUSB offers me. As I am a student of Msc. Physics, my department is great and I enjoyed every classes. It is just amazing to think that even the tiniest details on the subatomic level can have such a huge impact. We learned about mechanical aspects of physics in school, but now we apply them to organisms and movement. It has made me realize how everything action is related to forces. That is probably the best part of our university. It introduces so many new concepts that change our view of the world. Our all faculties are very experienced and brilliant in all fields of physics. They are very friendly and supportive towards us in studies and extracurricular activities. CUSB is a very welcoming place, and from the first day, I felt at home here. I have made many friends from different states and that has allowed me an insight into their cultures. A part from this our department of physics organized National Science Conference and many online Science lectures series and the speakers are very well known at international level. Our department is providing opportunities for PhD scholars. We all are excited for this as we want to spend more time in CUSB. My overall experience is amazing and I would like to express my special thanks to my all teachers, all staffs and my friends.
My university experiences thus far have been amazing. Within just a short amount of time I have learned and experienced so many new things and it has gone so quickly. I am still discovering all the opportunities that CUSB offers me. As I am a student of Msc. Physics, my department is great and I enjoyed every classes. It is just amazing to think that even the tiniest details on the subatomic level can have such a huge impact. We learned about mechanical aspects of physics in school, but now we apply them to organisms and movement. It has made me realize how everything action is related to forces. In June 2018, I got admitted in CUSB in M.Sc. Physics course. After joining CUSB, I felt that it is the best disciplined university I have ever seen. Up to now this impression towards CUSB has remained constant in my mind. In first two semesters, our department had five faculty members. The dedication shown by all five faculty members was at the peak. In 3rd semester, six new faculty members were recruited. They are not only intelligent but also very sincere in their works. In this two years duration, except from studies, I have enjoyed many occasions. The best enjoyed occasions in the department are Freshers' party of our juniors, national seminar and Akhilananda Sir's birthday. In these three events, I got more scope to spend time with our teachers. I have also enjoyed a lot in fit india campaign class. The most important and the positive fact is that there are numerous reputed universities in India but the student-teacher relation in CUSB is unique which is the main key for the students to be successful.

To begin with, I look back from the day of my admission. I can still remember that day like it was yesterday. The hustle - bustle , the new faces , the heat , the very first lunch at admin canteen and many other things , run like a film in front of my eyes. The first journey to university and the return back to home on the same day because of flood is still fresh in my mind. But eventually that shaky start paved way to a smooth and memorable journey. Being the first batch of M.Sc. Physics, we did not get a formal welcome but the teachers made us feel more than welcome and at home. Puneet sir, Akhilananda sir, Amit sir , Vishnu sir, Ranjana ma'am ; though some of them have moved to different places now, they all took great care of us and made the initial part of this journey very special. To make it even more special, 2019 came with arrival of fresh students(our juniors) and some amazing teachers like Venktesh sir, Budhendra sir, Vijayraj sir, Nitin sir, Lakhwinder sir and Rohit sir who have played a vital role in our life during this period. I would have considered myself luckier if I got some more time to spend with them. Although from 2019 August till now is evidently a shorter span of time , it holds within the most cherishable moments of our 2 year journey at CUSB. May it be Acogida 2019 , teachers' day, National conference, Holi celebration, Akhilananda sir's birthday and many other things I am missing out; all of them have special room in our heart. But the climax of this journey wasn't meant to be this way. It still pains to imagine that we will part our ways without a proper goodbye. There is still more to say , there will always be more to say but with a heavy heart we have to accept this bitter reality. My friends, I wish you all the best there is; my juniors , may you soar to the heights reserved for greats and my teachers, I wish you good health and happiness all along and ask for your forgiveness for my wrongdoings and blessings for my journey ahead. Past two years of my experiences with the Central University of South Bihar is one of the best memories of my life. This is because I got some of my best friends and inspirational teachers here. I got the best room-mates in the hostel (Abhijit kr. and Rajeev kr.) with whom we shared a wonderful bond. We did lots of stuff together and enjoyed everything. The teachers have been very friendly and supportive. One thing that they taught beside the regular syllabus is, what are important things in life that can be imparted from regular teaching and how to face challenges in life. Everyone is expert in one's field and are experienced too. I personally feel privileged to have such a wonderful environment of learning and great support from the teachers and friends here. Though we were the first batch of physics department in the campus and everything was getting established day by day, but we did not feel like any injustice was done to our career and learning. I learned lots of lab skills here. There are many modern instruments here from which we can earn many practical experiences. I have lots of good memories about the small and big events that we did and attended with the best classmates that we have. Playing cricket, badminton, morning walks, evening strolls with friends (Pushpraj) and others. These memories can not be forgotten.

After graduation, I chose to do masters in physics from Central University of South Bihar. Now I think it was a very good decision for me. According to me, CUSB is one of the most disciplined university in India. An exceptional feature of CUSB is our beloved faculty members. They love us and care about our future like our parents. Their depth of knowledge is beyond my imagination and their way of teaching is marvellous. The concept oriented classes helped me a lot in understanding the difficult concepts of physics and they have enabled me to see the universe wearing the spectacles of physics. As we know, that the building will not fall down if it’s foundation is strong, our beloved HoD Dr. Venktesh Singh is the foundation of our physics department. He is very dynamic and very helpful. He listens to our problems patiently and help us at his best. Our teachers especially Dr. Vijay Raj Singh took many extra classes to prepare us for CSIR NET and GATE like exams. I can safely say Dr. Budhendra Singh, Dr. Puneet Mishra, Dr. Akhilananda Kumar & Dr. Nitin Chandra are the best and polite teachers in the whole world. My project supervisor Dr. Lakhwinder Singh helped me in understanding the difficult concepts of neutrino physics and helped me in every step of my project. Dr. Rohit R Shahi and some ex-faculties like Dr. Amit Raj Singh and Dr. Ranjana Singh are also very good teachers. My overall experience in CUSB, particularly in my department, has been wonderful so far and I am proud to be a CUSBian.

In 2018, after cracking CUCET exam, I joined Central University of South Bihar as a student of M.Sc Physics. I achieved the best education and memories in my life there still now. Though it was just a growing university at that time and my batch (2018 – 20) is the first batch here to qualify M.Sc Physics, but I never repent to spend my valuable time in our university. That is because of its growing infrastructure, motivating and helpful people and overall its healthy and homely environment, which may any other place could not be able to provide me. The teachers in our department are highly qualified and experienced though they never acted as teachers and rather have become our friends, philosophers and guides in true sense. Out of the bookish knowledge, they prepare us for other entrance exams and off course encourage us for greater achievements in further life. I never felt any hesitations in clearing my doubts and always get a warmth response from all the faculties. As a Physics student, laboratory should be my main motivational place and I feel myself very lucky to get here a highly equipped laboratory facility with all required instruments and accessories a homely group of teachers and trainers who restlessly helped me to complete my goals. Our department arranged a great National conference to motivate us. On the severe situation of corona, they did not forgot us and arranged many enthusiastic webinars just to keep us motivated in our studies. The friends group I made here is very beneficial. We enjoyed celebrating birthdays of our teachers, fresher’s party, teachers’ day, Holi in our department where our teachers have remained our main motivators. The campus is awesome and has always provided me a healthy atmosphere to flourish my mind. Overall, I feel myself as one on the luckiest to spend 2 years in my department and to complete my Master degree from CUSB. I will try my best to complete my further educational goals from here and to spend more time in CUSB as my department has started to provide PhD degrees.

I am a final year M.Sc. physics student at Central University of South Bihar. After finishing B.Sc. I was totally confused what to do next. As a village boy, I did not know much about M.Sc. entrance exams. I only knew about the IIT-jam and my state universities entrance exams. I had decided to join either B.Ed. or M.Sc. if I would be selected in entrance. Then one of my friends suggested me to appear the CUCET exam, which is a common entrance exam for many central universities. After that I appeared CUCET exam and qualified the entrance exam. Then I joined the CUSB, which is in Gaya district in Bihar state. Many people from our locality have the stereotype thought that Bihar is a dangerous, illiterate state. But after coming here I realised they were wrong. The people of Bihar are very cool, intelligent, brave, and sweet. The hospitality of Bihari people is great. I can tell you these things because I had spent 25 days in Tikhari during my study. (our university comes under Tikhari police station). Besides that, the Gaya district has a historic importance. It is one of the oldest cities of India. Here in Bodhgaya the lord Gautam Buddha had attained the enlightenment.

The eminent physicist in The national conference on Advance Materials and Nuclear Science gave me exposure to fascinating world of these areas, I came to know the recent advancement and ongoing researches .
