Access 2 Program

Designed for people of all ages who have a permanent disability and require the assistance of a support person, the goal of the Access 2 Program is to improve social inclusion and provide access to different opportunities within the community without any financial burden. The Access 2 card is a great resource to gain access to entertainment, cultural and recreation opportunities within your community, or nation-wide.

CUSA Service Centres

CUSA proudly offers eight service centers that offer a variety of programming and resources for students. Our service centers offer community specific support in order to meet the needs of our diverse populations on campus. Each center offers peer-to-peer support, volunteer opportunities, as well as a range of events for you to participate in and explore your social wellness on campus.

Counselling Connect

Counselling Connect is a resource connecting you to free same-day and next-day counselling appointments, free of charge. They partner with 13 different Ottawa community-based resources to provide support for anything from sleep issues, relationships, isolation and loneliness, bullying, adjusting to life in Canada, and so much more. Kind Space

Kind Space is a community center located in Ottawa that provides a number of services including support groups, education, research, advocacy and community space. They work to provide people with a space where they can just be, without any pressure, expectations, or responsibilities. This is a space for you to feel welcome and safe no matter who you are.

Wabano Centre

The Wabano Centre was created by Indigenous people for Indigenous people. They bring the knowledge of First Nations, Inuit and MĂ©tis people and cultures into one beautiful space. Their programming is rooted in culture and designed to balance mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing for all Indigenous people of every age and background.

Wellness Together Canada

Wellness Together Canada was created in the wake of COVID-19 as a response to the rising concerns of mental health across the country. Their services are designed to be used on-demand, so you get to choose what you need, when you need it whether it be basic wellness information, programs or one-on-one sessions with a counsellor. It is 100% free, confidential, and available 24/7.
