Para celebrar esta fecha tan importante para nuestro colegio, los estudiantes decidieron rendir homenaje a aquellas personas que buscan la mejor forma de educar, enseñar y guiar.

El evento inició a las 6:30 a.m. del lunes 15 de mayo, donde una eucaristía en honor a la enseñanza se desarrolló como primer acto de la mañana. Es importante destacar las ofrendas que los estudiantes entregaron para pedir por el feliz descanso de los profesores que han perdido la vida y serán recordados por su inigualable valor en la institución.

Al finalizar la misa, una izada de bandera muy diferente a lo usual fue llevada a cabo: Los docentes eran ahora los galardonados. Ubicados en lugares especiales, los profesores alzaron las banderas como símbolo del aprecio a su arduo trabajo y a su constante esfuerzo por crear una mejor sociedad. Además, recibieron un obsequio dado por la comunidad educativa, cuyo objetivo es agradecer por su apasionada labor a lo largo de los años.

Los talentos artísticos como la poesía, la interpretación de instrumentos musicales y la actuación fueron los protagonistas de la última sección de esta celebración, listos para brindar un ambiente vibrante y positivo a este día.

Siendo las 8:30 a.m., el día del maestro concluyó, enseñando como todos los profesores, a pesar de tener enfoques y métodos totalmente opuestos, comparten la meta de engrandecer la educación y el proceso de aprendizaje académico, social y emocional que cada estudiante merece, a pesar del paso de tiempo.
