Our operating hours are from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), as well as on weekends. This arrangement is particularly beneficial for companies seeking assistance after hours or those in need of network or infrastructure changes that should not disrupt daily operations.

Rates

At System C, our services are exclusively delivered by highly experienced senior professionals who possess a wealth of expertise in their respective fields, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience. Typically, our staff members hold full-time positions as CIOs, CTOs, Senior IT Support, or Senior Developers within ASX-listed companies. This ensures that you benefit from the knowledge and skills of industry experts when you engage in our services.

To cater to the specific needs of businesses, we provide services beyond normal Australian business hours. Our operational hours during weekdays extend from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Additionally, we offer services on weekends to accommodate projects and support requirements during those times. Please note that services requested after 10:00 pm are subject to a surcharge of 150% of our normal rate.

Remote Support

Phone, Email, virtual meetings and remote support where we assist remotely $150 EX GST per hour

Charged in 15-minute blocks

Onsite Support

Physical onsite support within 25km of Sydney NSW Australia $175 EX GST per hour

Charged in 1-hour blocks

A call-out fee of $50 applies, Call-out fee is waived if 2 or more consecutive hours onsite

Extended after hours

Rates are charged at 150% of normal rates after 10:00 pm AEST

Terms

Prices are COD or 7 days if pre-arranged with existing trading history 30-day terms are available for clients with ongoing support agreements in place
