Bearcat March Mile Race

Location

Cullman High School's Oliver Woodard Stadium

The race will be a true mile (1609) meters on Cullman High School's track, which is home to the AHSAA 1A-3A State Track and Field Meet.

Registration

All athletes that are participating in the Cullman Park and Recreation's Spring Track and Field Program are automatically registered for this race as it is part of the program's meet schedule.

Any adults or athletes outside the program are welcome to register at the following time and location and race:

• Registration Location: On the Turf by the Start/Finish Line of the Track
• Time: 7:00 AM Be Early!
• You are welcome to leave your stuff on the turf and use the track, the turf, or the surrounding roads for your warm-up and race preparation. All the gates to the track facility will be open and there is no admission fee.

Race Schedule

8:00 AM Open/Elite Division (this is for everybody in 10th grade of high school and above -- all are welcome in regard to adults)

8:15 AM 7th-9th Grade Junior High Division

8:30 AM 4th-6th Grade Division

8:45 AM 1st-3rd Grade Division

9:00 AM All Below 1st Grade

Registration will begin at 7:00 AM on the football field Turf by the Start/Finish Line of the Track. The gates to the track will be open and there is no admission fee to get in. You will be able to use the track and the turf for warming up as well as the roads around the school if you so desire.
