I am from Taiwan. I was transferred to Seattle, WA from Taipei by HTC (now Google Pixel) in 2014. Back at HTC Taiwan, I managed the customer service (operations) for South Asia. I like managing different projects at the same time and tie it all to operations. Made sure none of these projects affect or lessen the risk (if it does affect) towards operations.
I went to law school because it was an advanced project/operations management (at least that's how I perceived it before) and I aimed to practice Intellectual Property. I am very passionate about technology and opreations.
I am very grateful to have completed my JD at Arizona Summit Law School in 2017. It was a very difficult adjustment. From draining a bit what I know about Taiwanese law (or the unwritten rules) and accepting everything (social, economics, politics, and others) about United States, understand its laws and why it was written in such manner. Most importantly, it was a great privilege to learn the US Constitution.
As a lawyer, I integrate my technical and business knowledge in my legal practice. I have been so fortunate to have gained my experience in the Corporate-Securities (and blockchain) space. See Professional Experience page for details.
I like to help others through my legal pracitce. It is very daunting and Stumpy (our English Bulldog) is our emotional support pup. By the way, she is trying very hard to be my assistant.
Apart from my legal knowledge, I have background in sports rehab. Scott (my husband) makes sure I don't forget that knowledge and he keeps me on my toes.
Note: I do not currently possess any rehabilitation-related certification/licenses.
If you are or have been on a video conference call (or call) with me and you hear someone snoring in the background, that is Stumpy (our English Bulldog).
At the moment, Scott, Stumpy and I live in the Arizona dessert and visits Texas a lot. We look forward to moving to the mountains where weather is a lot friendlier to Scott's knee.
