We know that the world of mental health can sometimes be confusing, so we created this document answering your questions surrounding mental health. Questions were sent in by students and answered by parents, peers, and Mr. Nguyen, our school’s social worker. This document addresses depression, anxiety, how to talk to your parents, and even how to help a friend. There are topics discussed that some may find triggering, so please keep that in mind before reading. Remember your mental health is important and you are never alone.
