Biography:

Robust and creative, 25 years of academic and management career practitioner create valuable educational options for specialized graduate and postgraduate degrees, international educational facilities, and corporate training. Known for innovation in teaching by emphasizing technical, research, and design fundamentals. Ease going for classroom and e-learning ground-breaking technologies. Strong capabilities of follow-through, administrative, and time management. Strongly communicated, exhibiting advanced leadership abilities on all stages. I am trustworthy, optimistic, and competent without fail, and am energized for new challenges.

Prof. Dr. Satya Subrahmanyam has a blend of academic and management experience. He started his career with Ambedkar Open University, teaching graduate students. His passion for academics led him into teaching and management assignments at Cambridge University and the University of London, which gave him the platform for global exposure in teaching and management. He is an academic entrepreneur and is managing partner and head at Vignan Institute of Technology and Management. He has been associated with Catholic University in Erbil in the capacity of Professor and Director. Prior to that, he had served at Tishk International University as a professor in management.

Prof. Dr. Satya Subrahmanyam graduated in Masters from Andhra University and an M.Phil and Ph.D from Hyderabad Central University. He furthered his education by completing his MBA in Human Resources Management and a Ph.D in Leadership. He has also acquired a diploma in Rural Development.

His teaching areas include Human Resources Management, Principles of Management, Business Research Methods, Organisational Theory, Business Ethics, Compensation and Reward Management, Management of Industrial Relations, Human Resources Planning, Human Resources Development, Performance Management, Strategic Management, Leadership Development, and Soft Skills. He has published his research findings in several refereed journals and has also presented several papers and chaired local and international conferences.

His research areas include Human Resources Practices, Strategic Management, Corporate Leadership, Women's Leadership, and Leadership Competences. Global Leadership is the research area for Post-Doctoral studies.
