Do you need a letter of recommendation from a staff member for a job, scholarship, or other important opportunity? Use this form as a guide in order to help the writer capture every great detail and accomplishment in the letter. Don't forget to share the request with the writer once you have completed it at least one week in advance of needing the letter.
