LEAD Kappa Program

This past summer, Delayni Bland was accepted into the LEAD Kappa Program, an exclusive leadership initiative reserved for the top 60 undergraduate brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Through its rigorous curriculum, LEAD Kappa provided participants with opportunities to strengthen their leadership skills, connect with like-minded peers, and engage in high-level networking, including direct interactions with leading companies such as Honeywell, Macy’s, Johnson & Johnson, and Volkswagen.
