At the core of Catholic University's Cornerstone Program is the idea that encounters with great books are transformative - and when read in a community of curious and committed readers, we evolve as thinkers, writers, and interlocutors.Â
This magazine seeks to create a virtual space for a community of readers who recognize the power of art and the written word to shape individual experience and, ultimately, have a profound impact on society. We highlight student writing that is informed by an openness to intellectual change and grapples with the "big questions" of our time, as well as writing and art that explores the experience and nature of metamorphosis. We hope that you find something here that moves you to think or see differently.
All writing and art published in metamorphosis is by Cornerstone students, faculty, and staff.
