This is where the trip started: the city of Cork. Here, my classmates and I were viewing the town from the battlements of Elizabeth Fort.
In Kilkenny, we stayed at a hotel right across the river from Kilkenny Castle. It was a beautiful and very walkable town with a rich history and culture.
Love from CUA! One of my classmates left this dollar bill in a pub called the Hole in the Wall in Kilkenny. If you ever make it out there, keep an eye out for this note.
Here’s a view of Dublin from a bridge over the River Liffey. It’s a fun city, not unlike DC in some ways.
This is my favorite picture from the Cliffs of Moher. To be honest, this doesn’t quite do it justice. The real thing is even more vibrant than the photo. (Note: the Cliffs aren’t on the official itinerary, my classmates and I planned this trip on our three day weekend.)
This is arguably my favorite picture of the whole trip, and I have so many. I took this one in the hills over Glendalough, a 6th century monastery.
