Two members of our lab recieved Psychology Department Senior awards, to be officially announced at the University Honors Convocation on May 12th 2023. Clare Finney recieved an award for outstanding academics and Rebecca Roberts recieved an award for excellence in psychology.

Members of the DaSC Lab teamed up with Dr. Jobes' SPL for AFSP's Out of the Darkness Walk on October 25, 2021 at the Lincoln Memorial. CUA's team was a TOP 5 fundraiser, raising over $6,000 to support suicide prevention!! Check out our fundraising page here.

2020
In October 2020, the DaSC Lab joined a community of people from hundreds of cities across the country in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide by participating in the Washington, D. C. Out of the Darkness Experience.
Together, the DaSC Lab team raised over $1,000, with lab member Adam Zajkowski being the top fundraiser! We individually participated in a scavenger hunt while walking around our neighborhoods and promoting messages of hope!
