Note: if you've tried the below procedure but you want to confirm transmission, please follow the below steps:
Scan the document to your email
Send an email to the same address you tried to fax to, with the document as an attachment
You should receive a response from e-fax notifying you of the status of the fax transmission
If the eFax reply reports successful delivery, the issue is on the recipient's end. Please reach out and notify the recipient that the fax was sent and that the recipient should engage their IT team for assistance.
Lay your media on the glass or feeder unit, and tap "Scan and Send" on the printer screen
Tap "New Destination"
Tap "E-Mail"
Type the number you want to send a fax to, and add "@efaxds.com"
Be sure to include the country code (e.g. "1" for USA) in the number.
Then, tap "OK"
Check that the number is correct, and tap "OK"
Tap "Start" to scan and send.
