Dr. Md. Fazlul Kader received his B. Sc. and M. Sc. in computer science and engineering (CSE) from the Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Bangladesh, in 2005 and 2014, respectively. Moreover, he was awarded Ph. D. with the best Ph. D. thesis award in IT Convergence Engineering from the Kumoh National Institute of Technology, South Korea, in February 2018. Moreover, Dr. Kader received the Brain Korea 21 (BK21) best researcher award in the same year. He was listed in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 WORLD TOP 2% Scientists, published by Elsevier BV, Stanford University, USA. From 2007 onwards, he has been a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Chittagong, Chittagong-4331, Bangladesh, where he is currently a Professor. His major research interests include next-generation wireless communication, brain computer interface, machine learning/deep Learning, IoT, smart health, sign language recognition and smart intelligent systems. Dr. Kader has published more than 70 technical papers in renowned international journals and conference proceedings. He regularly serves as a Reviewer and TPC member in the renowned journal and conferences.
