The University shall primarily provide leading-edge degree programs, innovative professional, entrepreneurial, and technical instruction as well as research and extension and resource generation programs that address both the needs of the region and the nation in the context of the global knowledge economy, Fifth Industrial Revolution, and sustainability.

The University library shall provide relevant and adequate information resources and services that support CTU’s vision of becoming a globally recognized institution for research, innovation, and quality education. It aims to enhance the university’s academic and professional pursuits through world class performance and excellence in total quality management.

The CTU Library aims to:

Encourage students, faculty, and the community to utilize its resources for professional, spiritual, and personal growth, thereby supporting the university’s goal of producing well-rounded, globally competent professionals.
