Carpenter Training Partners (CTP) offers training to develop work readiness skills for people interested in learning the foundations of construction.
Our program increases individual marketability in the workforce and provides networking opportunities to secure and maintain employment.

HOW IT WORKS
HOW IT WORKS
Pre-apprentices are generally referred to CTP by partner agencies. Individuals may still apply. Experience in construction is not required.
The program includes the completion of a 1-month course titled "Foundations in Construction" After completion of this course, pre-apprentices can elect to continue their training in construction or develop their skills in another trade including labor, electrical, HVAC, etc. Training continues with 15-weeks of hands-on training. After graduating from the program, CTP works with each pre-apprentice to place him or her on a job.
Note: There is no connection between Carpenter Training Partners and the Regional Council of Carpenters.
