E. National Tournament Play. 

Teams competing in national tournaments (with the exception of the American Legion World Series) will play every day.

1. All state, regional and World Series games are seven (7) innings. 10-run mercy rule after five innings of play or 4 1/2 innings if the home team has the last at-bat.

2. The national tournament director has complete instructions concerning double-elimination.

3. Tie-breaker rules can be found in the national tournament rules and policies.

4. No national tournament games will begin after 11 p.m. local time.
