Families at CTK have committed themselves to come together and serve our school community. Part of that expectation in '25-'26 is to pitch in with 17 hours total including 8 personal choice, 5 fundraising & 4 festival hours.

Earn festival hours between Friday at 4:00pm and Saturday at 8pm to qualify
Help out before & after
Help out before & after
Earn fundraising or personal choice hours helping to plan, prepare set-up & decorate. Plus double-bonus hours for clean-up on Sunday!

Yes, don't we all? However, this wine is used for the wine toss and supports our fundraising efforts.
Please bring your wine donations to the School office or reach out to the festival chairs to arrange pickup.
Baked Treats for Cake Walk

Please donate handmade or store-bought baked goods:
Nut-Free cookies, dessert bars, cupcakes or cakes
We’ll package up large items to save you time.
Please drop off baked treats in the Parish Hall kitchen starting at 3:30 Friday. Similar to last year, a baking storage box will be sent home in the family envelope the week of festival for you.

DECLUTTER!!! Ahem... Did I mean to say donate gently used stuffed toys to use as prizes. All sizes from small to XL.
Stuffed Animals can be dropped off at a the School office up until 10/1 . Please ensure these are gentle used stuffed animals and are clean.

We can always use more help in getting the festival planned and organized. If you have ideas or want to help please reach out.
Also - did you pay the $250 for not meeting your annual script contribution last year? Why not this year, purchase gift cards that we can use for Bingo and Fair Game Prizes. Please reach out if you need help with knowing how to do this.
