Renew Your FAFSA
Each year you attend a college or trade program, you are required to complete a FAFSA application. You all remember us working with you during your senior year of high school - but you need to continually RENEW in the years after that! Your scholarships, grants, and loans all depend on your successful completion of this FAFSA Application!
RENEWAL is usually MUCH easier than starting from scratch! Follow these steps and take care of this critical piece of your post-secondary requirements!
Go to fafsa.gov.
Select “Start or Edit a 2023–24 FAFSA Form.”
Select “I am a student and want to access the 2023–24 FAFSA form” option.
Select the “Log In to Continue” button.
Log in using your FSA ID (account username and password). You must have an FSA ID to renew your FAFSA form. If you don’t have an FSA ID, you’ll be prompted to create one.
On the “My FAFSA®” page, if you’re eligible for a FAFSA renewal, select the “Renew my FAFSA Form” button.
Update any prefilled information that has changed and provide new income and tax information.
Sign and submit the FAFSA renewal.
Note: The ability to renew your FAFSA form on fafsa.gov is for your convenience. You can also choose to start a new FAFSA form.
