Your Artistic Advisors

Mrs. JoAnn Advensky has been a Sign Language teacher 

at the Academy of Allied Health & Science since 2012. 

Before studying Sign Language and receiving her Interpreter’s Certification, 

Mrs. Advensky graduated with a degree in Fine Arts 

from Alfred University. 

In 2019, with the help from fellow artsy teacher, Ms. Cameron DiCostanzo, 

they officially started 

the Allied Art Club 

for Allied’s talented & creative students.
