Student Driving Permission Form (Juniors and Seniors only). 

This Google Form must be completed by a parent and student in its entirety, and be submitted by September 5th. Driving to school is a privilege. Student drivers must have school administration and parental permission to drive to school, and must comply with school regulations to retain the privilege. Juniors and Seniors who drive to school, even occasionally, must submit a Student Driving Permission Form along with copies of their license, registration, proof of insurance, and a $5 fee (paid by check only). Once submitted and approved, the student will receive a parking hangtag allowing them permission to park in the school’s parking lots.
