• Order all third-party services

• Clear conditions until we receive our favorite words: “Clear to Close”

• Schedule closing. Assist with balancing

• Provide the Broker wiring instructions to Title

• Upload in LOS compliance documents required by Broker

• Assist with any Post Closing documents
