Social Living & Handwriting

Throughout the year, we work on making each letter the correct size and shape while making sure the letters are within the appropriate lines. We also ensure that the letters are appropriately spaced within a word and words are appropriately spaced apart within sentences. 

First grade social living includes various science and social studies content in a kid-friendly way. These subjects are not graded at this level, but the projects and content are approached in a fun and hands-on way to encourage the love of learning.
