These materials can be organized by type, found location, color or texture but should speak to enhancing the scope, activities, and methods of a particular space in which it lives and aids.
Ideas for collection; ideas for organization -- in conjunction with a curated library of print materials. The collection features material samples ranging from innovative new materials to those found everyday in our built environment. This collection places a unique emphasis on material makeup and traits to engage users with new ways of application and promote experimentation outside of normal use.
This collection is available digitally, as well as in person. Users are encourage to browse, look at, handle, and study the materials. The digital arrangement is categorized by larger type, then materials type within, and then color. However, the physical arrangement of these materials in the space may differ from the ways in which they are organized online.
