We are a small group of students in the Cambridge School of Weston community that are partnering with Jeff’s Place to create care packages for the children at Jeff’s Place. This partnership is part of our school’s community engagement program and works to continue the community outreach and greater impact of our school on the surrounding community. Any donation, big or small, truly makes a difference.
Jeff’s Place is a not-for-profit bereavement center in Framingham that supports children and families who have experienced the death of a parent or sibling. They offer free support groups to talk about their grief, connect with others who understand, and learn healthy ways to cope.
