In the game, you play as a lawyer. You will try out your persuasive abilities by arguing a real Supreme Court case. You will Analyze the arguments and outcomes of landmark Supreme Court cases -Evaluate available support for an argument to assess whether the reasoning is sound and whether support is relevant or irrelevant -Recognize the significance of the Constitution and Supreme Court precedent in deciding cases.
Copy of Google Doc with tracking sheet. Make sure to download or make a copy of the sheet. Can be printed or done online.
Make three copies for the three cases you will be working on
Complete the Tracking Sheet as you go along with the game
These sheets will be turned in along with your reflection assignment
Once you complete your cases, do a brief reflection for each case you worked on. Reflections can answer but not limited specifically to these questions
