Grants up to $2,000 for first time, admitted, Science and Mathematics single-subject co-teaching, masters, and intern candidates. Project POPPY scholarship recipients are ineligible.

The Golden State Teacher Grant Program (GSTG) offers scholarships of up o $20,000 to encourage students to consider earning a teaching credential and teach in a high-need field, at a priority school, in California for four years, within five years after completing a teacher preparation program.

If the student fails to meet grant requirements, the grant will convert to an unsubsidized loan
