Psychology & Statistics Undergrad ● Student Researcher ● Student Assistant
Jourdan Garnier is an activist, a researcher, a student assistant, and 4th year Psychology & Statistics undergrad.
His research focuses on liberation psychology for the ultimate goal of realizing and exploring radical social theory. In other words, exploring knowledge from Womanism, Critical Theory, Post-Colonialism, and Liberation Psychology to create a better tomorrow for everyone, everywhere. Praxis (theory intertwined with action) is an essential part of my work. Considering this, he has worked within and outside of the system to canvas, organize, lead peaceful protest, speak publicly, and consolidate information, and navigate interpersonal conflict within activist groups to empower underrepresented groups.
Check out the different tabs on this site to see some of his different projects. So far, we have statistics, research, and resume/cv.
