Service Fees
Fees for confirmed clients at the Clinic for Educational Supports will be collected on the first day of service. Payment will be submitted online through our secure system.
Psychological/Psychoeducational Evaluation: $1,000
Autism Evaluation: $1,000
Payment is due at the time of service, and we do not bill or accept insurance. We will provide you as much as possible to assist you in insurance reimbursement. If these fees are a challenge, you’re welcome to request a fee reduction or a payment plan by contacting the Clinic Director. We're here to work with you to ensure you receive the support you need.

We understand that the cost of assessments can be a concern, so we offer scholarships to help make our services more affordable. Scholarships are available based on factors like your family’s income, the number of dependents in your household, and whether you’re a CSUMB student. Sometimes, the fee may also be adjusted depending on the purpose of the evaluation and the tests used. Any changes to the standard fee will be noted below.
We offer two levels of scholarships: a 50% reduction and a 25% reduction for those who meet the criteria.
To qualify for a 50% fee reduction, please provide documentation for one of the following:
CSUMB Student: Current enrollment required.
Free or Reduced Lunch/Headstart Enrollment: Provide a letter from the school or district on official letterhead confirming the student’s qualification.
Income Below Current HHS Poverty Guidelines: Provide a copy of one of the following: Healthy Families card, pay stub, FAFSA, or a 1040 tax form.
To qualify for a 25% fee reduction, please provide documentation for one of the following:
Parent/Guardian is a CSUMB Student: Provide your student ID card.
Student Attends Private School on Scholarship: Provide a letter from the school or district on official letterhead confirming the scholarship.
